For this week’s assignment, you will connect with an administrator in your community or professional network who has implemented an evidence-based program within their agency/organization. You will conduct an interview with this individual to learn more about their experiences with implementing evidence-based practices. Some questions you might consider asking the administrator include:

  • How did you select the evidence-based practice?
  • What funding was provided to support the evidence-based practice?
  • What considerations were made for culturally diverse populations? Did you feel the evidence-based practice met the needs of culturally diverse clients?
  • What considerations were made for culturally diverse staff who are asked to implement evidence-based practices?
  • How did staff within the agency/organization react?
  • How do you measure the impact of evidence-based practice?
  • Do you have a plan for sustainability for this practice?

Your paper should include all questions and responses from your interview and a reflection.

Length: 3-5 pages, not including title and reference pages

References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources.

The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements.
