For this week’s assignment, you will begin to develop your Signature Assignment. For your signature assignment, you will create a case study that outlines how you, as an administrator, will create a culture within your agency/organization that promotes the use of the evidence-based practice. For the Signature Assignment, you will act as though your agency has been selected to participate in a pilot study for a national evidence-based program. You will select one evidence-based practice to adopt and implement in your agency. In this outline you should outline four key items:
How the evidence-based practice was identified and selected
How you will introduce the evidence-based practice to your organization
How you will manage the implementation of the evidence-based practice
What multicultural considerations will be made
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
References: Include a minimum of 4 scholarly resources.
