In this task, you are required to select any company of your choice, then write a business report (see the Q-manual) analysing and recommending appropriate eMarketing strategies. The intended audience of this report is senior management of the company that you have selected – assume that the reader has limited knowledge of current eMarketing trends.
The report should:
Breifly describe the company and the market in which it operates;
Provide a detailed description of the company’s current marketing strategies;
Provide a critical analysis of current digital trends and activities in the microenvironment;
Describe key areas where digital marketing technology will impact on the industry and company over the next two years;
Make recommendations for changes to the company’s eMarketing approach;
Include a clear action plan.
