Developmental domains for the child.

Now that you know the strengths and challenges of your student, you will need to think about what and how you are going to teach that child. Come up with three realistic goals/outcomes in at least 2 different developmental domains for the child. For example, 1 gross motor skill goal: goes up and down stairs without help and 2 communication goals: understands the concept of “same” and different” and speaks in sentences of five to six words. Use the developmental milestones as a guide for your goals.  Explain why you chose those goals and how you are going to teach to those goals.  You will need to explain the intervention and instructional strategies and how you would adapt the environment to meet their needs.  Be detailed and specific with your strategies and adaptations.      You should have a total of 3 goals and 3 strategies.  MLA 500 word essay.  Guidelines  Essay assignments should conform to MLA format and cite the associated reading/resource.
