| After completing the required readings for this week, you will produce your own roadmap post that will guide your adoption and implement evidence-based practices. Your map should include information you deem important to consider as an administrator when identifying and selecting evidence-based practices for your agency/organization. You should also consider specific multicultural considerations to ensure you select evidence-based practices that are inclusive. The assigned reading for this assignment, “Selecting Evidence-Based Practices for Children with Disruptive Behavior Disorders to Address Unmet Needs: Factors to Consider in Decision Making,” will help you to create a roadmap. Figure 1 demonstrates this roadmap. You are encouraged to model your map after this map.
