Gaining a better perspective on vulnerability allows us to show more compassion, courage and connection. If we numb ourselves to vulnerability then we tend to numb ourselves to joy, love and happiness. Reflecting on your own experiences in life when you were vulnerable may help to maintain control and predict the phenomena.
Reflecting on your own experiences in life when you were vulnerable may help you gain self-awareness and embrace self-acceptance. By understanding situations that trigger vulnerability, you may feel better prepared to practice self-care and in the process show greater compassion to others.
For this journal entry, discuss a time in your career or personal life when you were vulnerable, how you reacted and how you processed the experience. Your entry must be 250-300 words.
